Free eco-design workshop for youth

The Sonda Creative Centre is inviting young people aged 14 to 18 to a new Design Starter workshop focused on sustainable, eco-friendly design.

The workshop takes place on 2 December 2023 in Vižinada, from 10:00 to 11:30, is free of charge and limited to 10 participants.

Led by creative director Sean Poropat, participants will explore what makes good design, why ecological responsibility in design matters more than ever, and will have the chance to sketch their own prototype of an eco-friendly piece of furniture – inspired by the EMPA table and chair set as an example of best practice.

No prior knowledge or experience is needed and all materials are provided. The application deadline is 29 November at 15:00. Parents or guardians are required to submit a signed consent form alongside the application.
