Nota is the first collection of Istrian wine vinegar, inspired by autochthonous gastronomy and composed according to the principles of the fascinating Istrian heritage – so that the user’s senses can dance in the harmony of music and taste. Made from Istrian authentic grape varieties.

After the successful outcome of the label Sv. Vital 2014, designing the collection for three consecutive vintages is in a way a logical sequence.

Preparations necessary to create the bottle label for this special wine edition, bottled in 2014 (limited edition of 200 bottles), date back to 2012.
