Booktiga is in New York

The Promotional poster made for Festival of used books – Booktiga 2009, is the winner of this year’s award Design Distinction – I.D. Annual Design Review.

“This work puts the message and the medium in a perfect harmony. As designers, we are always forced to throw away what we did last year and start from the beginning. Koetting, commenting the poster of the Festival of used books Booktiga 2009.

The work was exhibited in AIGA National Design Center in New York from the 1^st  till 10^th  September 2010.

Since 1954 the Annual Design Review recognizes, through juried competitions, the best of the world’s design, by assigning awards in categories such as graphic design, product design, urban design and furniture design. The poster has found its place in the New York exhibition among a lot of world-renowned names and design agencies.
